Which Key is good for Healthy eating ?

Ø We   have   to  eat  for  living .  A   healthy    diet  for  a  healthy  life  .

Ø The key to healthy  diet is to eat the right amount of calories

Ø A  healthy  diet  doesn’t  mean  a  costly  diet  .Eat  what   ever  is  local  and  local  products  in  season  are  never  costly  . A  simple  diet  cooked  in  simple  way,  in  time , is  always  healthy .An  overcooked  food  or  processed  foods  lose  their  nutrition.

The key to good  health lies in a balanced life , appropriate  eating habits , and  sufficient rest .

Ø ONE  SUCH  KEY  IS  EAT  A  VARIETY  OF  FOODS .

Ø First   thing   your  breakfast  has  to  be healthy. Never miss your breakfast.

Ø Fresh fruits , vegetables , cereals , pulses etc should be taken.

Ø IN  MODERN  times it`s not  so easy to get so healthy a breakfast that can boost you up for hours .A healthy breakfast with all your body`s requirement can easily be got from a glass of nutritional shake.

           Eat fruits and raw   vegetables  .You can simply consume them in the form of salad or chat..You can have three to four servings of fruits in a day.

o   A combination of different staple foods like wheat, rice  , maize etc. Is  good .TRY  to  have  unprocessed  food.

o   Excess salt and sugar—————unhealthy  weight   gain .Use less sugars. Avoid keeping salt cellars on the table. Avoid adding extra salt.

o   Water intake should be increased .OUR body needs water for all its organ functions so water intake should be throughout the day.

o   IT can be in the form of plain water , detox water , tea coffee soups and so on.

o   Snaking   in between—————–seasonal fruits and vegetables like   carrots, cucumber etc.

o   Over cooking———leads  to  loss  of  important  nutrients .The food should be cooked better. so have healthier ways of cooking.

Ø Lowering the risk of obesity , heart diseases , stroke , diabetes  .

o   Use oils like ——-olive oil , sunflower oil soya oil , corn oil rice bran oil .

o   THE saturated fats like ghee , palm oil , coconut oil —to be avoid

Ø AVOID  ——processed food , baked foods , and fried foods as they contain mostly trans fats—hydrogenated fats .

  •  Risk of high blood pressure which in turn will give rise to other disorders of heart and other organs

Ø EAT A VARIETY OF  FRUITS  AND VEGETABLES .

Ø Shopping is another key to healthy eating. First make  the menue  for the week or 3 days then the list of grocery , fruits and vegetables and then go shopping.

Ø IF you buy healthy you eat healthy.

Ø EAT LOCAL AND SEASONAL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
