Q=How many bones are there in an adult?
A=An adult has 206 bones.
Q=When the person is healthy then are his joints are also healthy?
A=The joints may not be healthy, if you don’t do any physical activities or exercise, or walking or jogging and so on.
Q=What are the advantages of joints?
A=Joints help us to walk, run, climb, cycling, exercise, and joint movements.
Movements like bending our elbows, bend our knees, bend our back, turn our head, and even to say bye with our fingers
So along with our health, joint health should be taken care of.
IF WE HAVE IDLE WEIGHT THEN OUR JOINTS WILL ALSO WORK WITHOUT PRESSURE.
