• The mind is the driver of all activities within the body , so it`s important to have a positive mind set.
• How can we be positive?
• The easiest way to be positive is not to be pushed around or carried away by the fears in your mind . Instead , be led by goal set by us along with the dreams in our heart.
• Why is being positive important?
• Positive thinking is much more than what we take it for . like , being happy or a happy attitude . It actually helps US to create real life values in our life . IT changes the way we see the life and the ability to focus on all that is good in life . The skills which we build during this period , lasts longer than a smile or a cheerful look.
• IT`S true …to change our attitude it will take time but at the same time when we are working on it = the positive results are bound to come . Once we start looking at many benefits of being positive = it becomes easier.
• First we will talk about health benefits of the positive mindset = and positive thinking==
• More years of productive life
• Depression only in few
• Stress and anxiety is less
• Mental health and physical wellbeing == much better
• Heart related diseases ==risk is less
• With nature and humanity – connection is strong
• Are more kind more help-full and more charitable
• Improved and better relationships
• Stress coping skills better
• Better immunity
• A person with positive mindset has these strong qualities-
• Mindfulness == aware in every situation
• Optimism == hoping for good results
• Resilience == standing up again after every fall
• Acceptance == humans fail or make mistakes then=accept it.
• Honesty == always stand for right and truth
• Gratitude journal
• Rise above =the=== win & loss
• Speak with positive words
• Be great-full for our chances
• Pay attention to our breath == =when there`s anger or we are anxious then our breath changes = this is an indication to the brain that something is going to happen . Do deep belly breathing meditation for at least 2 to 4 minutes.
• Focus == being positive doesn`t mean we overlook the negative emotions . Focus on the problem and try to come out of it with new solutions .This makes us even more strong in the level of positivity.
• Generosity == help the persons who are not so generously provided as we are or others are . Don`t over look or slide away . The power is in our hands – the smart mobile phone—which can bring smiles to their faces.
• Always practice positive self talk-
• Even when the unspoken words or ideas running in our brain are negative but our inner voice will guide us towards positivity
• Focus on the present moment , do not become sad by the negative memories of failed yesterday.
• Yesterday is gone , why drag it back by over thinking.
• Get away from negative people.
• Embrace your negative emotions.
• Find joy in every little good things.
• Socialize most with positive people.
• Start the day with positive affirmation.
• Find humour in bad situations.
• Make your failure a lesson.
• As Dalailama said = if the problem is fixable and you can do something about it , then there is no need to worry . If the problem is not fixable then there IS no need to worry.
