Losing weight is a hot topic these days.

When we don’t have control over our tongue which is only 2 inches X 2 inches, then it results in being overweight.

Now what happens is, we go searching all the easy ways that promise us fast weight loss. Trust me there are plenty of them out there.

We easily fall for these weight loss tricks.

We too know that something worth is not got so easily.

Incredible results cannot be achieved easily.

This is one of the mental traps that keep us from losing weight.

Being overweight is the result of eating unhealthy food with consistency.

When we make the right choice with consistency, day in and day out we start to change.

Finally when we change we are not the same person when we started.

Losing weight without a proper mindset and the way you think is not possible.

IF the food is limited then our brain will not grant permission to burn the fats.

 

If we lost all weight overnight we would have never gained all the benefits that the processes give us. WE won`t have the opportunity to appreciate the way we had grown.

The market is full of tempting things.

Just tell me one thing ,do you eat and buy everything sold in the market?

Then why do you buy and eat all those that tend to cause you to harm in the form of weight gain?

Can`t we ignore them?

Yes, we can. But still, it becomes irresistible.  I will suggest here that sit with your coach and find out how and with how much you can enjoy it on cheat day.

Everyone is found of  potato chips and finger fries.

If we come to know that these add up to the unaudited calories then will we still continue with it?

MAYBE NO, MAY BE ON CHEAT DAYS.

Sugary cold drinks, chocolate bar, or a single serving of ice cream…is it going to matter?

Yes, it does matter. These temptations will gradually take us back to the state of obesity.

This is again a very strong MENTAL TRAP THAT KEEP US FROM LOSING WEIGHT

A question struck me.”What makes us fat?”

According to WHO.”It’s an energy imbalance between calories consumed and energy used,”

In common words either we eat too much and do not use it or we are sedentary, which means sitting for long hours,

 

If we invest in ourselves and avoid just another gratification we will lose the weight and find it much easier to keep it off.

We need to bring a revolutionary change to the way we think about weight loss

Weight gain or weight loss can sometimes be the result of autoimmune diseases.

No longer fall into the trap of losing 10 kilograms of weight in a week.

When we are going according to our coach ,still sometimes at night some persons do have very strong cravings for sweets.

IS it ok?

First I will say this is again a very strong mental trap.YOU can have 3 spoons of added sugars in a day.you try to analyze how and where  you can use these 3 spoons.

IT`S   TIME  TO  PLAY  THE LOSING GAME. EMBRACE THE PROCESSES.
