HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN A HEALTHY WAY

Are you overweight?

· Do you want to lose weight?

· Have you set a goal for weight loss?

· Are you really serious to go on the weight loss journey?

· I am asking these questions because I have already experienced.

· Let me tell you something==

· Gaining weight is as easy as having a piece of cake but losing weight is one of the hardest jobs. .Really very challenging isn’t it ??

· TO achieve your goal [the ideal weight] you have to have a strong mindset . A few steps to help you in shedding those extra kilos. IT Won`t be so hard.

· WATER == If you try to have an account of the amount of water you use in a single day you will be shocked . But when asked how much water You drink to keep your internal organs working and hydrated , your answer will be “I drink 1 glass of water during the whole day.” some may say 2 or 5 . This is one of the reasons why we fall prey to petty problems [ of health ] every now and then.

· IF we drink a glass of water before meals it will help us in weight loss , taking less calories and removal of toxins from body.

· SUGAR= Take black tea or black coffee without sugar . Aerated drinks and fruit juices are loaded with sugar.

· The more you enjoy the taste of sugar and the more you consume ===the greater will be the harm it causes.

· I would like to share a secrete that the brain does not register the solid calories at all, so you end up eating more than needed.

· GREEN TEA == A drink rich in antioxidents , take it without sugars or sweetners .. Once you develop the taste you will like to have it again and again.

· FRUITS AND VEGETABLES == A beautiful and valuable gift from GOD . You can have them anywhere and everywhere and at any time and as much as you want.

· The plus point with these fruits and vegetables is that it is low in fats, low in calories and high in nutrition , and high in nutrition also high in water contents . As said, =we can follow them blindly.

· EAT SLOWLY = Our brain has an efficient ability to judge on the fullness of our stomach . It takes some time to judge but when we eat slowly then the brain can judge it easily and send signals to stomach that it is full .

· FIBER== We all know that fruits and vegetables are packed with nutrition and also have lots of fiber . This fiber keeps your digestive system efficient and gives a feeling of fullness . The intake of calories also decreases.

· BRUSHING TEETH = When we brush our teeth after meals then it helps us not to go for snacking after meals . IT`S an intelligent move.

· SLEEP == IT`S also one of the way to reduce the body fat . IF you don`t get enough sleep at night then you get more hungry and you eat more and become obese or overweight.

· KNOW about what you eat == You should know what are you eating and record it in your notebook honestly . This will be a good tool to guide you in what changes you have to make . IN these changes do make a better choice next time keeping every thing in mind.

· KITCHEN = Slowly try to alter the storing in your kitchen cabinets . Only keep the healthy foods and spices which will help you to remain healthy . Your refrigerator should be stacked with healthy foods and healthy snacks.

· IN the end I will say that however much you go point to point , line by line ,step by step and when you manage for calories your meals become deficit in nutrients.

· IF you go for low calorie , high nutrition and high fiber, then we have to increase our portions . Now when the portions will be large we will get tired of eating and chewing.

· IN such cases , have breakfast packed with nutrition satisfying the bodies requirement and need . Have your lunch with your favourite foods .

· Have you noticed something?

· You have already started losing weight.

· What I personally think is that the weight loss should be consistent. ==.== say 4 to 5 kgs. Per month . The consistency in weight loss has great benefits==

· I will prefer that my customers to lose 4 to 5 kgs. per month instead of losing 7 to 8 or 9 kgs. Per month . Let it take time but it should be consistent.

· IN weight loss we have to be gentle with our body and not give jerks to it .

· IT will also help you to develop a certain lifestyle and food habit which will help you in maintaining your weight after weight loss . This being a sustainable eating plan we can continue it for the rest of our life.

· IN A NUT SHELL===

· Dont skip your breakfast.

· Eat your balanced and nutrition packed breakfast.

· Avoid sugary drinks.

· Drink water.

· CHOOSE your food properly

· Eat home- cooked food .

· Drink black tea or black coffee but without sugar.
