HOW TO KEEP HEALTHY IN ISOLATION, DURING CORONA.

§ This critical time is faced by the world .

§ Corona and isolation is teaching a lot to the world

§ What many of us feel that our life style is on back gear in certain ways

§ This shows the value put by our fore fathers how to live a life

§ Washing was on the top .BE it your face , hands , legs ,clothes , house ==etc .

§ No one went to sleep without washing face , hands , legs .The clothes often dried in sun.

§ Before the onset of winters , the winter clothes were put in sun before use .

§ Take blessings of elders either by touching their feet or a Namastey which was at a distance =====now it`s distancing .

§ IF taking a good immunity building diet and a healthy nutritious breakfast and practising the norms set up by grand parents and their parents we all can be safe from corona .

§ Diet ================

§ Boost immune system

§ Eat fruits and vegetables

§ Proteins ===can be of any kind vegetarian or non vegetarian .

§ Balance your energy

§ IN Isolation ==== life becomes inactive

§ Do exercise and be active=====80/20==r

§ Routine ====Do not waste time

§ Use small portions or weight gain

§ Do not be stressed , or feel sad , or be anxious , or scared thinking about uncertainty

§ IN stress some people have a tendency to over eat

§ Follow certain rules for eating === what , when and how to eat

§ HYDRATION====

§ Fruits can also keep you hydrated

§ Drink sufficient water

§ The best water is tap water if its drinkable

§ Infused waters are also good as it also provides nutrition

§ Unsweetened drinks are best ====tea or coffee or aerated drinks

§ SAFETY=====

§ As instructed in this corona period.

§ Wash hands

§ Cover your mouth , nose , even in isolation

§ Disinfectant every thing before and after use.

§ STAY ACTIVE===

§ Active body has an active mind

§ Exercise regularly at intervals

§ Isolation period is usually spent lying down and idly wasting time

§ Rolling stone gathers no moss so you have to keep active giving no time to corona to spread its family and capture your body

§ After every few hours stretch your self , move up and down , few push ups

§ IF fond of dance do it with your open heart

§ SLEEP===

§ Limit alcohol , tea , coffee for good sleep

§ Electronics ====better not to use but who can stay without their cell phones

§ Before relaxing do 5minutes meditation to remain positive

§ RELAX

§ ITS NOT A PUNISHMENT ====

§ ONLY a way of lifestyle designed for the person in isolation to remain positive and quick recovery
